The package is paid in full by 21 days before the trip. Once it is paid, the booking is confirmed and the voucher is released.

How do I pay the installments?
Via PIX, Brazil's instant payment system, one installment a month. You follow everything in your member area: what you have paid, what is left and the deadline to pay off the package.
Can I choose any date?
You choose from the dates available at the partner hotels in each destination.
What is the travel bonus?
A club benefit. Each installment paid adds bonus to use on your package. It is valid only for the trip, cannot be converted into cash and follows the plan rules.
What if I change my mind in the first days?
In the first 7 days you get back everything you paid, as provided by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
Who is behind VPX Experience?
VPX Experience is a VPX Travel product. Customer care, before and during the trip, is handled by the VPX Travel team.
